Know what changed. Know where to look next.
Porosi Insights watches your eligible order and operational history for meaningful changes in customers, products, margin and workload, then shows your team the evidence behind each signal.
A signal is a prompt to investigate, not proof. Insights can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Staff should verify the underlying orders, products, costs and dates before acting.

Review recent orders, then decide whether a member of staff should contact the customer.
Your reports contain the answers. Insights helps your team find the question.
A customer ordering less, a product accelerating or margin slipping can hide inside thousands of otherwise normal lines.
Insights compares complete periods with each entity's own eligible history, applies readiness and materiality gates, and prioritises the signals that deserve a human look. Reports remain the detailed analysis surface; Insights is the starting point.
See a regular customer drift before silence becomes the new normal.
Surface missed order windows, falling spend, shrinking baskets and products a customer has stopped buying.
Notice genuine momentum without treating every small rise as an opportunity.
Apply the same confidence, history and materiality discipline to growth as to decline.
Connect commercial change to the work it creates downstream.
Review workload, fulfilment exceptions, warehouse context and demand pressure alongside customer and product signals.
One prioritised view across the signals that move a wholesale business.
Visible signals depend on the data Porosi can measure authoritatively and the amount of eligible history available. Newer customers and products stay in a clear learning state until they are ready.

Every visible signal should tell your team why it exists.
Porosi keeps detection, confidence, severity and figures deterministic. Clear language can help someone read the evidence, but it cannot rewrite the numbers or turn correlation into causation.

Cost coverage is incomplete, so this signal does not claim a profit change.
From signal to follow-up, with a person in control.
Insights gives the team one place to review, assign and record what happened. It does not send a message, change a price or create a purchase by itself.

Severity, confidence, urgency and estimated impact order the inbox.
- 02Verify
Open the evidence and check the source records.
Review the dates, orders, products, costs and operational context behind the signal.
- 03Decide
Assign, snooze, dismiss or choose a next step.
Your team decides whether a customer conversation or operational action is appropriate.

Useful intelligence starts with knowing what the data cannot prove.
If a customer, product or metric lacks enough eligible history, Porosi shows learning progress instead of fabricating a trend.
One supplier's data is not used as another supplier's benchmark, and permissions still apply to every detail and deep link.
An Insight cannot contact a customer, alter an order, change a price, create a purchase or update an accounting record.
Porosi Insights is being introduced through a controlled rollout. Current availability and readiness are confirmed during your demo or onboarding.
What your team should know before relying on a signal.
Insights is designed to focus human attention, not replace commercial judgment or the source records behind a decision.
What can Porosi Insights show my team?
It can highlight meaningful changes in customer ordering, product demand, revenue, margin, order intake, fulfilment, inventory and operational workload where Porosi has enough authoritative history. The exact visible set depends on your data and readiness.
Does Insights contact customers automatically?
No. Insights may recommend a staff action, but it never sends a message or contacts a customer. A person reviews the evidence and decides what to do.
Can an insight be wrong?
Yes. An automated signal can be incomplete, out of date or affected by unusual source data. Do not rely on an insight by itself: verify the underlying orders, products, quantities, costs and dates before making a decision.
How does Porosi decide what is unusual?
Porosi compares each eligible customer, product or operational series with its own history and normal range, using complete periods, readiness thresholds, materiality and confidence rules. The visible detail shows the actual value, expected value and comparison windows.
Does Porosi compare my business with other suppliers?
No. Detection is tenant-scoped. Porosi does not expose another supplier's customer, product, sales, margin or operational data as a benchmark for your business.
Who can see Insights?
Insights is for authorised supplier staff with Reports permission. Warehouse restrictions continue to apply, customer users do not receive a supplier Insights view, and availability is introduced through a controlled rollout.
Turn the next meaningful change into a better question.
Bring a real customer, product or report question to the demo. We will show what Porosi can measure, what still needs history and how your team verifies a signal before acting.
