A restaurant orders a kilogram-priced produce line at its account price. The picker opens the order on a native iPad or Android tablet, selects the station and weighs the produce. Porosi Bridge shows the live reading and stability state. Supply & Next Item confirms the actual kilogram quantity, recalculates the line total and moves to the next item. Stock views remain available for on-hand, incoming and committed quantities.

One Porosi Bridge connects up to four scales, with scales assigned to separate picking stations. Pickers see the current item, progress and live weight, with options for unavailable lines, back orders and manual weight entry. Porosi can supply compatible scales and dedicated iPad or Android tablet hardware as part of your setup; hardware is quoted separately. Picking-slip printing remains available for teams that use paper.
Invoice the reviewed order, not the first draft.
Confirmed scale weights update the order quantity and totals. When an invoice needs to follow those changes, Porosi shows pending invoice changes and an explicit Sync Invoice action. Eligible unpaid invoices can be updated; paid or credited records retain their financial protections, with credit notes for later adjustments.

Can Porosi show different produce prices by customer?
Yes. Products and pricing can follow the approved trade account rather than one public retail catalogue.
How are substitutions handled?
Customers can add order notes and staff can review or amend the submitted order before the accepted record moves forward.
Can customers repeat usual fruit and veg orders?
Yes. Mobile and web ordering can surface favourites, recent orders and the account catalogue for faster repeat buying.
Can staff capture the quantity actually supplied from a scale?
Yes. Porosi Bridge sends a live scale reading to the selected picking station. Confirming a stable reading applies the actual kilogram quantity and line total to the order; manual weight entry is also available. This does not automatically convert purchased boxes into a shared kilogram stock balance.
Can Porosi automatically accept and print incoming orders?
Yes. Eligible orders can be sent to a connected printer as they arrive and accepted automatically after the picking slip prints successfully. Failed prints and exceptions remain visible for staff review.
