One representative customer and one normal order are enough. A current order sheet, account pricing example or description of how that order reaches finance can make the session even more concrete.
Who should attend?
Bring the people who own the buying experience and the work after submission. That is often a combination of an owner or decision-maker, operations, customer service and finance.
How long is the walkthrough?
Plan for 30 minutes. If your integration or rollout questions need deeper technical discovery, we can identify those clearly and arrange the right follow-up.
Can you cover Xero, QuickBooks, ERP or API work?
Yes. Tell us what you use and we will focus the finance and integration part of the walkthrough on the relevant handoff, data and control points.
Can we discuss replacing an existing ordering platform?
Yes. Add the current platform to the brief. We can compare the customer route, internal workflow and rollout implications without turning the session into a generic feature checklist.
