Why a delivery date may be missing

  • The supplier does not deliver to that account on the selected day.
  • The order cut-off time has passed.
  • The supplier has not configured delivery days or delivery runs for the account.
  • The order does not meet a supplier rule such as minimum order value where enabled.

Buyer checks

  1. Check the delivery address and selected customer account.
  2. Choose the next available date shown by the supplier.
  3. Remove unavailable items and review basket warnings.
  4. Refresh the basket if the app has been open for a long time.

Supplier admin checks

Review delivery days, cut-off rules, delivery runs, customer delivery settings, and product availability before asking the buyer to try again.
