Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

Buyer invoice checks

  1. Open past orders.
  2. Select the order.
  3. Look for invoice, invoiced, or paid status.
  4. Use the invoice action if the supplier has made the invoice available.

Supplier staff checks

  • Confirm the order has been processed and saved.
  • Check customer invoice email settings.
  • Check Xero connection state if finance sync is enabled.
  • Check credit notes or corrections before resending invoice details.

If an invoice is missing

Send support the tenant, customer account, order number, invoice number if known, and whether the issue is buyer visibility or accounting sync.
