Support

Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

Create the customer account first

Customer accounts hold company details, delivery settings, pricing assignment, invoice email details, and order history. Create or import the customer account before adding individual users.

Invite customer users

Customer users are buyer-side users. Their permissions are account permissions only, such as viewing the account, placing orders, managing account orders, managing account users, updating account details, or sending invites where enabled.

Stock permissions are staff-only

Do not give stock, warehouse, reports, product management, or admin permissions to customer users. Stock and operational permissions belong to tenant staff users because they expose supplier-side inventory and fulfilment data.

Good practice

  • Use named users instead of shared logins.
  • Give each customer user only the account permissions they need.
  • Review users when a venue changes staff.
  • Test an invite from the customer side if a buyer cannot log in.
