If there is a common follow-up question, the relevant FAQ appears alongside the article so you do not have to keep searching.
If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.
Customer accounts hold company details, delivery settings, pricing assignment, invoice email details, and order history. Create or import the customer account before adding individual users.
Customer users are buyer-side users. Their permissions are account permissions only, such as viewing the account, placing orders, managing account orders, managing account users, updating account details, or sending invites where enabled.
Do not give stock, warehouse, reports, product management, or admin permissions to customer users. Stock and operational permissions belong to tenant staff users because they expose supplier-side inventory and fulfilment data.
