Escalate with context

Common causes

  • The buyer is signed into the wrong customer account or venue.
  • The product is inactive, hidden, unavailable, or not assigned to that customer catalogue.
  • The customer is on the wrong pricing tier.
  • A customer-specific price has not been added or was imported incorrectly.

Buyer checks

  1. Confirm the supplier and customer account at the top of the ordering screen.
  2. Search the exact product name and try browsing the category.
  3. Check whether the same issue appears on web, iOS, and Android.

Supplier admin checks

  1. Open the product and confirm active status, category, image, unit, VAT or tax setup, and availability.
  2. Check the customer account pricing tier.
  3. Check customer-specific pricing if the customer should receive a special price.
  4. Save the product and ask the buyer to refresh the app or page.
