Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

Check scope first

  • Tenant: confirm the user is in the correct supplier workspace.
  • Account: confirm the correct customer account or venue is selected.
  • Date range: reports often default to a narrow range.
  • Status: orders may be filtered by submitted, processing, invoiced, paid, cancelled, or draft.
  • Permissions: the user may not have access to the data type.

Then refresh safely

Refresh the page or app, clear the search term, remove filters, and try a known recent order or product. Do not create duplicate data just to make a list appear.
