Support

Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

Two permission types

Porosi separates supplier staff access from customer account access. This keeps supplier operations, customer ordering, stock, reports, and admin tools in the right places.

Supplier staff permissions

Tenant staff permissions can include admin, product, order, customer, report, stock, warehouse, integration, and settings access depending on the user's job.

Customer account permissions

Customer users only receive customer account permissions, such as viewing the account, placing orders, managing orders, managing users, editing account details, or inviting other account users when enabled.

Permission rule

If a permission would expose supplier stock, warehouse data, operational reports, products, pricing controls, integrations, or tenant settings, assign it only to supplier staff.
