What delivery runs control

Delivery runs group orders for route planning, driver visibility, dispatch checks, and reporting. They do not replace the customer delivery address or order date.

Setup checklist

  1. Create the delivery run names the supplier team actually uses.
  2. Assign customers or delivery settings to the correct run.
  3. Confirm delivery days and cut-off rules for each account.
  4. Place a test order on the Porosi demo tenant and confirm it appears in the expected delivery report.

If an order is in the wrong run

Check the customer delivery settings first, then the selected delivery date and any warehouse routing rules.
