Support

Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

Stock and warehouse access

Stock and warehouse tools are available to tenant staff with the right staff permissions. They are not customer permissions because they expose supplier-side inventory, purchasing, and fulfilment controls.

Goods received and movements

Use goods received for inbound stock and stock movements for adjustments or transfers. Keep movement notes clear so later reports and audits explain why stock changed.

Xero

Where Xero is connected, Porosi can support invoice workflows and inventory-related sync processes configured for the tenant. Check Xero connection status before relying on invoice or inventory sync results.

Before enabling for a tenant

  • Confirm warehouses and stock units are correct.
  • Assign warehouse access only to staff who need it.
  • Run a small test order and stock movement first.
  • Review the Xero result before scaling to all customers.
