If there is a common follow-up question, the relevant FAQ appears alongside the article so you do not have to keep searching.

Support

Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

First checks

  • Confirm Xero is connected for the tenant.
  • Reconnect Xero if the token has expired or the selected Xero tenant is wrong.
  • Check the customer contact and invoice email details.
  • Check VAT or tax mapping before sending invoices.
  • Check whether the order has final picked quantities and final weights.

Information needed for support

Send tenant, customer, order number, invoice number if created, Xero contact, timestamp, and the exact error message shown in Porosi.

Do not do this

Do not manually change live production data until the failed sync has been understood. Test the workflow on the Porosi demo tenant when reproducing a setup issue.
