FAQ

Use the related answers below

If there is a common follow-up question, the relevant FAQ appears alongside the article so you do not have to keep searching.

Support

Escalate with context

If the guide still does not solve it, contact support with the supplier workspace, the account, and the exact step where the workflow breaks.

Connect and verify

Connect Xero for the tenant, then verify the connection status before sending invoices or running sync jobs. Reconnect if Xero reports an authentication or tenant selection problem.

Invoices

Invoice workflows depend on the tenant configuration. Check customer invoice email settings, tax handling, order totals, and any required references before sending invoices.

Reconciliation

Use Porosi and Xero records together: Porosi should explain the order, delivery, credit, and customer history; Xero should remain the accounting source for ledger and reconciliation work.

Troubleshooting

If a sync fails, capture the customer, order number, Xero contact, timestamp, and error shown in Porosi before contacting support.
