Yes. Standard pricing uses your estimated monthly orders and selected ordering channels. We record customer accounts to plan setup, but the count does not affect setup or monthly fees. The server applies the published formula and shows both fees before payment.
Will Porosi price match our current wholesale ordering software?
Upload a current invoice and we will review the software, setup, add-ons and recurring cost. If the products are genuinely comparable, we will explain what Porosi can match. The upload starts a review rather than guaranteeing an automatic match.
What affects Porosi pricing?
The standard price has two inputs: estimated monthly order volume and whether you choose web ordering with the dashboard or add branded iOS and Android apps. We collect your customer-account count to plan setup, but it does not affect the price. Apps add £100 setup and £60 per month.
Can we start with web ordering?
Yes. You can begin with web ordering and the dashboard, then add branded mobile apps later. The apps use the same products, prices and order management as the web service.
What do we need to calculate the price?
Your expected monthly orders and preferred ordering channels calculate the price. We also ask for customer accounts and business contact details to plan onboarding, but customer count does not change the quote. If you want Price Match instead, upload the current invoice and the checkout switches to manual review without taking payment.
