Each account is different

Each buyer must see the account they actually trade on.

A restaurant, retailer or buying team signs in under an approved trade account. Porosi shows that account's products and prices, remembers previous orders and keeps buyer notes with the basket.

01

Approve the right users

Give each buyer an individual sign-in under the customer account they buy for.

02

Show the right range and price

Display the products, units and agreed prices available to that account.

03

Rebuild a previous order

Let buyers start with a familiar basket, change quantities and add a note.

04

Send one clear order

Put the customer, buyer, products, prices and notes together for staff review.

One order, two perspectives

Fast for the buyer. Clear for the supplier.

A buyer builds the order from the products, prices and history available to their account. When they press submit, approved B2B access, buyer users, private products and customer-specific prices stay with the order, so the supplier can check it without retyping a call, email or message.

Customer side

The buyer gets

  • A quick way to change quantities and add delivery notes.
Supplier side

The supplier gets

  • The customer and buyer identified on every order.
  • Changed quantities and notes shown in one place.
  • A review step before picking, delivery or invoicing.
What the supplier receives

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about B2B Ordering Platform for Wholesalers

Can different buyers use the same customer account?

Yes. A supplier can approve multiple buyer users for one trade account, so each person signs in separately while the products, prices and order history still come from that account.

Will each account see its own products and prices?

Yes. The supplier decides which products and prices belong to each approved account before buyers order. Porosi is not an open retail catalogue.

Can a buyer repeat a previous order and still change it?

Yes. Buyers can rebuild a previous basket, change quantities, add or remove products and include a note before sending the new order.

What does the supplier see after the order is sent?

The dashboard shows the customer, buyer, products, quantities, prices and notes together. Staff can review the order before picking, delivery or invoice preparation begins.
